We handle a refund and return period of 30 days. When a product is defective or if it doesn’t arrive, please contact us within those 30 days. After the 30 days have expired, we can’t refund or return any products.
These are the circumstances that apply for a refund or a return:
- The item arrived defective.
- The item broke within the 30 day period.
- Something is missing from the item
- The item hasn’t arrived within the 30 day period
- The item hasn’t been used and is in good condition, except for when the product arrives defective.
We trust you’ll take good care of your ALERA accessory. With the item we’ll provide instructions on how to take good care of your item. When these instructions aren’t followed, and the item becomes defective, we can’t refund or return the product.
We can’t refund or return under these circumstances:
- The item was washed in a washing machine instead of handwash.
- The item was put under a lot of pressure, for example by storing too much personal items and thus straining the zipper.
- The item was obviously used and broken after arrival.
